These terms and conditions apply to all the services provided by Mystica Vietnam Tours either directly or indirectly through distributors, online, by email, or by telephone. By accessing and using our website, or by making a reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions, including the privacy statement. These terms and conditions constitute the complete agreement between you and Mystica Vietnam Tours. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, do not use our website or services. By accessing any part of the website, you are bound by these terms and conditions.

Acceptance of Terms of Use 

By using any of the services provided by Mystica Vietnam Tours, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of use set out below. If you do not agree to these terms of use or the privacy policy, or you do not have the appropriate capacity, please stop accessing and using our services.

Access 

Mystica Vietnam Tours reserves the right to change or terminate any services or information provided by the company without prior notice. To access and use our services and information, you may be required to provide certain registration information when you sign up for membership or subscribe to our newsletter. You must ensure that all the information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date. Your account is exclusively for you, and you must not provide your account information to anyone else. If you choose a username or password, you must keep this information confidential and not disclose it to any other person or organization. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access using your username or password. Mystica Vietnam Tours has the right to disable any username, password, or other identifiers chosen by you or provided by the company without notifying you.

Intellectual Property Rights 

You may use the services provided by Mystica Vietnam Tours for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, distribute, modify, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content or materials available on our website, except where this is done automatically by the computer/browser you use for accessing and using our services and information.

Trademarks 

You may not use Mystica Vietnam Tours trademarks without our prior written permission. The trademarks of third parties, logos, products or services, designs, or slogans on our website do not necessarily indicate any affiliation of such third parties.

Prohibited Behavior 

You may only use our services for legal purposes and in accordance with our terms and conditions. You agree not to use our services for any illegal act or purpose.

Making a Booking 

Bookings should be made through our website or sent via fax, mail, or email to Mystica Vietnam Tours. You can find our contact information on our website.

Payment and Deposit 

To ensure that both parties fulfill their obligations, we have set out our standard payment terms and conditions. You may be required to pay a deposit of either the full payment or 30%-70% of the total cost, depending on the tour. The deposit should be made using one of our available online payment methods. You will receive confirmation documents or vouchers within 24 hours after we have received the deposit.

Final payment should be made before the travel date. You can pay by cash, bank transfer, or credit card. We accept 

  • UnionPay, Visa, 
  • MasterCard, and 
  • JCB cards 

since Mystica Vietnam Tours is a verified member of the VTCpay and Paypal system. 

Your card information will be protected during the transmission by using security system with VTCpay or Paypal. If you pay by credit card, we apply a service fee of 3.7%. You can also pay by bank transfer to our office in Hanoi.

Payment, cancellation and refund policy

Our standard payment terms and conditions are designed to ensure that each party is responsible for fulfilling its obligations. For each tour, customers are required to make either a full payment or a deposit of 30% of the total cost using one of our available online payment methods. After we have received the deposit, customers will receive confirmation documents or vouchers within 24 hours.

Final payment must be made before the travel date and can be done via cash, bank transfer, or credit card.

We accept UnionPay, Visa card, MasterCard, and JCB card for online credit card payments through ONEPAY. As a verified member of the ONEPAY system, we ensure that your card information is protected during transmission using a secure system. Please note that a service fee of 3% is applied for payments made by credit card. For more information or if you have any questions, please contact us.

For payments made via bank transfer, customers must fill out the account number, account name, and swift code information accurately. All charges must be borne by the remitter. For other payment methods such as telegraphic transfer, credit card authorization letter, or Western Union Global Transfer, please contact us for more details.

After the booked trip is confirmed and payment is completed, Mystica Vietnam Tours will issue a voucher either directly to the customer or by email/fax.

Please note that Mystica Vietnam Tours is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage sustained by passengers due to delay, accidents, natural disasters, political actions, or unrest. Passengers are required to have full travel insurance. Airline schedules and local conditions may affect accommodation and itineraries. In such cases, we will endeavor to substitute a suitable arrangement of similar value.

Cancellation fees for booking will be calculated based on the individual cruise line's or other partners' cancellation policy. For FIT clients, the following general cancellation policy applies:

Package Tours:

  • More than 60 days prior to arrival date: FREE of charge
  • From 30 to 59 days prior to arrival date: 15% of total rate
  • From 15 to 29 days prior to arrival date: 30% of total rate
  • From 7 to 14 days prior to arrival date: 50% of total rate
  • Less than 7 days prior to arrival date or no show: 100% of total rate

Halong Bay Cruise:

  • More than 21 days prior to check-in: FREE of charge
  • From 11 to 30 days prior to check-in: 30% of total rates
  • From 04 to 10 days prior to check-in: 50% of total rates
  • Less than 3 days prior to check-in or no-show: 100% of total rates

Short Tours (1-3 days):

  • More than 7 days prior: 10% of total rates
  • From 4 to 7 days prior: 50% of total rates
  • Less than 3 days prior or no show: 100% of total rates

For GIT clients, a separate cancellation policy will be provided.

In case transportation accommodation is fully booked, we reserve the right to make changes to services with equivalent quality. If confirmed services are unavailable, we will offer an alternative option or departure date subject to availability. If customers decline the alternative option or date change, we will refund their deposit.

Mystica Vietnam Tours Guarantee

At Mystica Vietnam Tours, we strive to provide you with the best possible prices for your trip to Vietnam. Our prices include VAT and service charges, but exclude bank charges and other services not explicitly mentioned. If you find the same cruise cabin or hotel room with the same booking conditions at a lower rate on the internet after booking with us, we will match the difference between our rate and the lower rate. We guarantee that our prices are the best. If you can find a lower price than what we offer on our website, we will match it.

To match a price, the price must be public on the web, the product must be the same (same conditions and same booking conditions), and you must submit a claim before payment or within one day after payment. We will not match prices that are not public or offered by email. We also will not match a lower price after one day of payment.

We carefully handpick all of our partners to ensure that you have a comfortable and satisfying stay. We regularly inspect all of our products and services. If our services do not meet your expectations, we will investigate the reasons behind the dissatisfaction and compensate accordingly.

If the service we provide does not meet your expectations, except for situations beyond our control, such as weather conditions, we appreciate your feedback and comments. We will investigate your case with the highest respect and offer reimbursement if your complaint is rational.
