Welcome to Hanoi, the first touch of your adventure to Northeast Vietnam.
You`ll be greeted by our guide then take a transfer to your hotel. The day is left for your leisure and exploration of Hanoi.
Enjoy your welcome dinner in a chic local restaurant.
Option: watch the traditional puppet show by the legendary Hoan Kiem lake.

After breakfast, we kick off the day with a drive to Hoang Su Phi, a spectacular area boasting untouched mountains with picturesque rice terraces in Ha Giang province.
En route, stop to see different villages and photographs.
Spend the afternoon walking around Pan Hou, meeting the friendly Dzao people in Chay river valley.

Today, you are likely to soak up the best of Hoang Su Phi on foot. From Nam Hong to Giang Thuong village, there are opportunities to capture the captivating scenery of this remote area.
Another advantage of your walk is the unique encounters with different ethnic groups, join them in their farms.
Lunch will be served in a local family.

Depart from Hoang Su Phi after breakfast for a scenic drive to Ha Giang City. As the road winds through mountains and rivers, there are viewing points for breaks before you continue your trip to Tien Thang village, the habitat of Tay people.
The remainder of the day is for your leisure or to appreciate the atmosphere of Tien Thang. You`ll be offered a cooking lesson with the host where you do homestay this evening.

Another road trip day toward the pretty town of Dong Van. It`s time to immerse in the amazing view formed by karst mountains and secluded valleys until you reach Tam Son town for lunch. This is also home to the colorful Hmong people.
Your tour guide will introduce you to the life of Vuong Chinh Duc as you visit his house known as the Hmong King Palace.

The highlight of this day is the visit to Dong Van market, a rendezvous for villagers near the town. They come to enjoy the market not only as the sell-buy points but also as the social hub.
After that, hike up to Pu Lo fortress, a remarkable historic site built in 1890 and evacuated in 1945. Keep climbing to the top of Ma Pi Leng pass where you`ll be rewarded by an awe-inspiring panorama of Nho Que River valley.
Having lunch then head to Bao Lao district, Cao Bang province by car.

One of the must-see of any trip to Northeast Vietnam is Ban Gioc Waterfall. The fall is 30m tall with different layers and interestingly, it is also the border of Vietnam and China.
After 2 hours drive, we board a bamboo raft where your rower takes you closer to its cascading falls.
The next stop is Nguom Ngao cave which is considered one of the most awesome caves in Cao Bang.
The afternoon walk this day lets you know more about the local habitat - the Nung tribe through their traditional work of Blacksmith, noodle making workshops.

Kick off your day with a drive to Ba Be Lake via the photogenic Ma Phuc Pass.
Upon arrival, take a boat trip to travel further to the less-visited part of Ba Be National Park where you can admire Dau Dang waterfall and Puong grottos.
For those who fancy observing the national parks`s flora, there are walking loops to do so.

After breakfast, we`ll enjoy a stroll along the riverfront then up to the mountainside for the best view of Ba Be Lake and surrounding villages.
