Experience the best of Cambodia on a 9-day journey from Siem Reap to Phnom Penh. Discover the iconic Angkor Wat, witness the unique Irrawaddy Dolphins in Kratie, and explore the ancient capital of Koh Ker. Upon arrival, our tour guide will welcome you for the hotel transfer. 
Depending on your arrival time, sightseeing will be programmed to see the famous Wat Damnak Pagoda and Angkor National Museum. 
The highlight of this evening is the welcome dinner with traditional Khmer Dance.

Spend a full day exploring the main temples in Angkor Archaeological Park starting from Angkor Wat, the iconic image of Cambodia. From here, we continue exploring the mysterious Royal city of Angkor Thom. Its 50-tower temple is an awesome sight. Take time to admire Bayon, Baphuon, Royal Enclosure, and Terrace of Elephant.

In the afternoon, see Banteay Srei temple, located one hour from Siem Reap. This red sandstone temple is one of Angkor’s most significant structures as its walls are decorated with elaborate carvings in an amazing state of preservation. 
On the way back to your hotel, photograph the picture-perfect Ta Prohm temple.

Rise early to capture the sunrise in Phnom Krom which boasts beautiful rice paddies and a floating village of Tonle Sap Lake. 
After breakfast, board a boat trip to Chong Kneas Floating Village to get an insight view to the local life, followed by a visit to an Artisan Dangkor workshop. 
Return to Siem Reap for lunch. 
Afternoon adventure is thrilling and exciting as you hop on a Tuk Tuk ride to Krabei Riel village. Free to enjoy fun-packed activities with the villagers. 
You will then be greeted by a local family for a cooking class with 3 Cambodian recipes.  Return to your hotel for leisure.

Venture out of Siem Reap on a scenic road trip to Preah Vihear Temple. On the way, visit Ta Mok’s house, on a peaceful lakeside site. 
The destination today is one of the most Cambodian sacred sites located by the Thailand border which has a rich history dating back to the 11th century. 
 prominent position in the Dangrek Mountains at an altitude of over 700m. The temple is located near the Thai border and was previously occupied by the Thais. It has recently been awarded UNESCO World Heritage status. Drive down the hill by 4WD again and sit back in your car for another drive to Koh Ker.

Koh Ker was built in the 10th century, and is known as the capital of the Khmer Empire between 928 and 944 A.D. Nowadays, it is a photogenic sites with some of the best archaeological treasures in the country. 
After the picnic breakfast, explore Koh Ker with your guide. 
As we drive toward Preah Romkel, stop for lunch at Preah Vihear Town. Check out the Sopheakmit Waterfall of the Mekong River at the Laos border. One of the biggest waterfalls in the world separates Laos and Cambodia. Overnight in a local family.

Breakfast will be served by your local host. Afterward, hop on a boat trip to see the Laos village then ride downstream to Koh Han. 
Koh Han is a site of  Community-based Ecotourism (CBET) with a population of 2,749 people. On arrival, you are welcomed by the local hosts and have lunch. After lunch, our guide will take you through the community and give you a presentation of the Koh Han community. 
Free at leisure or enjoy a walk to soak up the local atmosphere.

Breakfast at your hotel then head to Stung Treng downtown, visiting its market which exposes fresh catches and local specialties. 
One of the best Cambodia experiences that you are to immerse today is spotting the Irrawaddy Dolphins in Prek Kampi. After a drive southward of Koh Han, embark a boat trip to see the Dolphin as close as possible. 
Continue your road trip to Kampong Cham city to settle your luggage. Enjoy a leisure walk in Koh Pen which houses the longest bamboo bridge in Cambodia. 
Return to the hotel for your leisure.

Leave Kampong Cham after the breakfast. On the way, stop at the Spider Market which offers a real culinary adventure as they sell deep-fried crickets, water bugs, grasshoppers, and scorpions.
Your sightseeing in Phom Penh today includes Wat Phnom,  Wat Unalom (Buddhist Monastery), and the Central Market, a landmark building in the capital, the art deco Psar Thmei. Next, explore the Royal Palace and Silver Pagoda, two of the most striking buildings which are considered some of the finest examples of Khmer architecture.
