After the pick-up at the airport, the remainder of the day is left free for your personal leisure and visit the city on your own.

Our destination today is the picturesque valley of Mai Chau which is home to the friendly Thai hill tribe. You`ll traverse the vibrant towns in Hoa Binh province until we reach the commune of Mai Hich to settle your stay. 
Spend your afternoon exploring the local life on a guided bike tour ( optional walk ), navigating through different stilt villages, rice paddies, and tranquil valleys. On the way, stop to observe traditional workshops of silk weaving and making embroidery. 
The highlight of this evening is the colorful cultural dance.

Today, we travel further to the less-visited side of northern Vietnam. The road offers beautiful mountain panorama. Lunch will be served in Pu Luong retreat upon your arrival. In the afternoon, get introduced by the bamboo work from the locals before embarking on a bamboo raft on Cham River which is really relaxing. The remainder of the day is for your own leisure

There are 2 options for you to choose today : Half day trekking: This morning hike takes you to the tranquil areas which boasts lush rice terraces, local plantation. There are chances to soak up the authentic life of Thai people. Full day trekking: A hard trek will reveals you more about the diversity of Pu Luong nature. It combines the exploration of Pu Luong natural reserve and Hieu waterfall.

After breakfast, we leave Pu Luong for 3,5 hours driving toward Ninh Binh, one of the most intrigue travel destinations in North Vietnam. Known as " dry Halong Bay", Ninh Binh attracts your camera lens with verdant rice paddies, characterful villages with karst mountain backdrop. A gentle cycling about 10km will take you around Dong Tam village before you enjoy a sampan ride along a small canal. Return to the pier for the transfer to your hotel.

Depart from Ninh Binh in the morning. Upon your arrival, embark on your cruise to set sail out to the bay of Halong. The cruise offers a visit to Light and Dark cave, followed by the exciting kayak time to uncover the splendor of Lan Ha bay. You are free to choose the onbard entertaining activities like squid fishing, watching movie.

Wake up for Tai Chai class on deck ! Afterward, disembark on Cat Ba island, also one of the most visited national parks in Vietnam. Spend the morning to see cave, Cat Ba island then sail back to the pier. Transfer back to Hanoi.

The last day is kept to explore the best of Hanoi. Your visit kicks off with a stop by Dong Xuan market where you can photograph not only the colorful whole-sale areas but also the amazing food stalls. After that,we venture through the famous Old Quarter to learn more about the traditional streets with various goods, family-run workshops. From the old quarter, we head to Museum of Art, a fascinating site to behold the masterpiece of Vietnam arts. Heading to the airport for your departure.
