Morning: Journey to Paradise Cave
7:45 - 8:20 AM - Pickup from Dong Hoi: Your adventure begins with a convenient pickup from your hotel or the train station in Dong Hoi City. Sit back and relax as we make our way to Phong Nha.
8:50 - 9:15 AM - Pickup from Phong Nha: If you’re staying in Phong Nha Village, we’ll pick you up from your hotel. Enjoy the scenic drive as we head towards Paradise Cave, located in the core zone of Phong Nha-Ke Bang National Park.
Paradise Cave Exploration: Upon arrival at Paradise Cave, you’ll be transported by golf cart through the jungle, offering stunning views of the surrounding mountains. After a short climb, you’ll reach the cave entrance. Paradise Cave, the longest dry cave in Asia, is known for its spectacular stalactites and stalagmites. Spend approximately two hours exploring this natural wonder.
Midday: Lunch in Phong Nha Village
12:30 PM - Lunch at a Local Restaurant: We’ll take a break for lunch at a local restaurant in Phong Nha Village. Enjoy a traditional Vietnamese meal with a variety of dishes. Vegetarian options are available upon request—please inform us of any dietary restrictions in advance.
Afternoon: Phong Nha Cave Adventure
1:30 PM - Depart for Phong Nha Cave: After lunch, we head to Phong Nha Cave. Enjoy a scenic 25-minute ride to the cave via a traditional dragon boat. Phong Nha Cave, also known as a water cave, features an underground river and awe-inspiring rock formations.
Exploring Phong Nha Cave: Cruise into the cave by boat and then explore 300 meters on foot. Marvel at the rock formations with imaginative names like the “Lion,” the “Fairy Caves,” the “Royal Court,” and the “Buddha.” This part of the tour offers a fascinating glimpse into the geological wonders of the region.
Evening: Return to Dong Hoi or Phong Nha Village
5:00 PM - Return and Drop-off: As the day concludes, we’ll return to Dong Hoi City or Phong Nha Village. You’ll be dropped off at your hotel or the Dong Hoi airport, depending on your preference. Reflect on the day’s adventures and the natural beauty you’ve experienced.
