After breakfast, we explore the sights and sounds of Binh Tay market which boasts over 2,000 stalls varying from fresh vegetables to food kiosks and many other goods. Free to try some of the typical southern dishes like Hu Tieu, Banh Mi.
The sightseeing in the afternoon brings you to the Reunification Palace and War Remnants Museum, two iconic sites that reflect the history of Vietnam during wartime.

Travel to Ben Tre this morning. Embark on a cruise that sails along the Chet Say River and witness the work of carpet weaving. After that, take a bike ride to experience the landscape of Ben Tre, you can also choose a motorized rickshaw as an alternative. Lunch will be served with regional specialties.
In the afternoon, take a sampan ride to venture further into the area`s waterways. Head to Can Tho city to settle your stay.

The highlight of this morning is the visit to the Cai Rang floating market, observing barges laden with local farm products including vegetables and fruits. Afterward, board a shore excursion to experience the work at the fruit orchard as well bread workshop. Head to Tan Son Nhat for the flight to Da Nang. Transfer to your hotel in Hoi An.

The day starts with exploring Hoi An, an ancient town listed in Unesco World Heritage Sites. While visiting the key sites inside the town, you`ll stop at some of the best foodie points to sample authentic Hoi An foods.
In the afternoon, take a leisure bike ride to Tra Que village, passing through the inspiring Hoi An`s landscape carpeted with rice paddies and palm forests.
Have fun joining the farmers to water the herbs in their traditional way then try their typical wrap of shrimp, herbs, and pork.

The morning time is free to soak up Hoi An`s atmosphere. We then depart to Hue in the afternoon via the iconic Hai Van pass. This route offers a stunning panorama of mountains and sea. Break at Lang Co beach before continuing to your hotel in Hue.

Hue is home to many famous dishes in Vietnam and today, you`ll learn how to prepare some of them with your private chef. The whole morning culinary journey comes with a market walk and then a food demonstration before you cook your version and taste.
